The International Process and Performance Institute (IPAPI) is a membership organization helping people, organizations and their customers improve their quality of life through process improvement. The Institute is dedicated to making people’s lives simpler, easier and more successful.
IPAPI is the world’s first not-for-profit association focused on process improvement though the elimination of causes of work and customer alignment of process. IPAPI supports commercial, non-commercial, governmental, and academic interests on a global basis, helping them to understand and incorporate the advanced concepts of process management into their activities and programs.
Part of IPAPI’s mission is the ongoing development of comprehensive knowledge resources our members and the process community at large need to continually grow the success of their work and their organizations. An example of this body of knowledge is the IPAPI Wiki developed by IPAPI members and accessible to anyone.
IPAPI performs research and analysis on a regular basis to evolve the breadth, depth and relevancy of the process approaches used for optimizing, aligning and innovating on process.
IPAPI employs the latest social networking tools and techniques to create a virtual process home for our members; where members can actively grow, share and learn from each other on a broad range of subjects, Special Interest Groups, the IPAPI Wiki, and targeted groups.
